Our Return Promise
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items in their original condition (unused, with all tags and packaging intact). Like a well-executed golf swing, we’ve designed this process to be smooth and hassle-free.
Important Exceptions:
- Grips: Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on golf grips once they’ve been removed from their original packaging.
- Customized items: Any products personalized with your specifications (e.g., custom shaft lengths, engraved putters) cannot be returned.

2. Receive Return Authorization
Within 1 business day, we’ll email you:
- Return authorization number (required for processing)
- Prepaid shipping label (for US customers)
- International return instructions (if applicable)
3. Package & Ship Your Return
Securely repackage the item(s) with all original materials and include:
- Completed return form (emailed with authorization)
- Copy of your original invoice
Shipping Note: For international returns outside the US, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
4. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Timing: Refunds process within 3-5 business days after inspection
- Method: Funds return to your original payment method (Visa/MasterCard/JCB/PayPal)

Exchange Process

- Waive shipping fees on the replacement if the exchange is for the same product in a different specification
